CBG, in keeping with the Board's protective order, did not include in that I
pre-filing certain photographs of the interior of the Nuciar Energy Iab so that you might have an opportunity to pre-review them before they were placed in the Public Document Room.
At the time the testimony was pre-filed, we spoke by telephone and I asked that you review your set of the photographs, or records of the photographs, to determine whether identification by roll and frame number, as indicated in the protective order, will be sufficient for you to identify the intended photograph, or whether additional or alternative identification is necessary.
I have not heard from you on this matter, so let me renew the suggestion that you review your records regarding these photographs and irform me of the i
manner in which you wish them identified.
