Dear Sirs:
Pursuant to a request from Intervenor's counsel on December 14,1994, I have inquired about the existence of a Corporate Emergency Telephone Directory which predates the third quarter,1989, directory provided to the Board and the parties with my Novemebr 16, 1994 letter. Although no such directory was located by Georgia Power during the earlier scan:h which generated the documents enclosed with my November 16 letter, one such directorv has now been located. It covers the first quarter,1989, and a copy is enclosed. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
