Enclosed for filing with the Commission are 3 originals and 19 copies of an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Amendment revises the Company's application of February 11, 1982 relating to addition of operability and sur-veillance requirements to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications for new control and instrumentation systems.
This Amendment revises the application to reflect recent NRC Staff guidance and standard technical specifications provided by the Staff with Generic Letter #83-02.
