In response to the above referenced appeal, we have attached tor the Board's review the filing made by the Town of Southampton in response to Citizens' original Petition to Intervene. We believe our original filing addresses the arguments raised by Citizens, both in its original Petition and in its brief on appeal. In particular, we wish to direct the Board's attention to pages 3 through 7 of Southampton's reply, which addresses the question of good cause for Citizens' untimely filing.
