!Jo. 1 (the f acility) located in Claiborne County,111ssissippi. This amendnent grants changes to the Technical Specifications which are adninistrative in nature and are necessary to correct editorial and nerenclature errors and to achicvo consistency with the as-huilt condition of the plant. None of the changes involve a significant relaxation of the criteria used to establish safety limits or the bases for liniting safety systen settings or limiting conditions for operation.
The applications for the arendment comply with the standards and recuirerents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as anended (the Act), and the Comission's regulations. The Comission has nade appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1, which are set forth in the license arendr.ent.
The changes to the Technical Specifications approved in this amendnent are to ccrrect deficiencies and inadvertent errors in the Technical Specificatiens which were identified during the low power testing period at trand 8308190482 830808 PDR ADOCK 0500041A P

These corrective neasures result as part of the review for the full power operating license and are encompassed by the prior public notice of the overall action involving the proposed issuance of an operating license published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on July 28, 1978 (43 FR 32903).
The Comnission has determined that the issuance of this acendment will not result in any significant environmental impact other than those evaluated in the Final Environnental Statement since the activity authorized by this anendment is encompassed by the overall action evaluated in the Final Environnental Statenent dated September 1981.
For further details with respect to this action, see (1) the applications for the anendment dated March 24,1983, April 7,1983, April 25,1983, June 9, 1983, June 14,1983, June 23,1983, and June 29, 1983; (2) Amendment No. 8 to License NPF-13 dated August 8, 1983; (3) the Commission's evaluation dated August 8,1983; (4) Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and amendments thereto; (5) Final Environnental Statement dated Septenber 1981; (6) the Comnission's Safety Evaluation Report dated Septenber 1981 (HUREG-0831) and supplements thereto; and (7) the Coanission's Confirmation of Action letter dated October 20, 1982.
