Pursuant to Section 6.1 of the PULSTAR Technical Specifications, this is to advise that Mr. Garry D. Miller has been appointed Nuclear Operations Administrator for the PULSTAR Facility. This appointment is of a permanent nature and shall exist until further notice.
Note that Mr. Miller replaces Mr. Thomas C. Bray, who had been appointed on an acting basis as Nuclear Operations Administrator follow-ing the departure of Mr. James R. Bohannon, Jr. Mr. Bray shall resume the responsibilities and duties of the PULSTAR Reactor Supervisor.
