Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Beaver Valley Power Station Emergency Preparedness Plan In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.4, Duquesne Light Company is forwarding the latest revisions of the Emergency Preparedness Plan Implementing Procedures to the appropriate Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) parties.
Per the NRC's March 11, 1993 request, two copies are enclosed.
The changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan and the
- Plan, as
- changed, continues to meet the requirements of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 50.
Therefore, the changes have been implemented and 10 CFR Part 50.54(q) requires that these changes be submitted for information only.
