Action 4.5 Reactor Trip System Reliability (System Functional Testing)
This letter furnishes the information committed in our November 4, 1983 submittal.
Inspections have now been completed to ensure that all vendor recommended modifications have been effected. The inspection revealed one improper Undervoltage Trip Attachment which was replaced.
Modified procedures have been developed and issued for testing the reactor trip switch gear (test of each manual trio function). The procedures were verified during the recent refueling outage for Unit 1.
