Waterford 3 SES Emergency Plan Implementing Documents Dear Mr. Collins In accordance with 10 CFR 50.47, transmitted herewith are two copies of the Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station revisions to the Emergency Plan I'mplementing Documents.
These revisions are as follows:
EP-2-030 Emergency Radiation Exposure Guidelines and Controls, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-033 Administration of Iodine Blocking Agents, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-090 Accident Assessment, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-110 Man-Caused Emergencies, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-120 Natural Emergencies, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-130 Emergency Team Assignments, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-140 Reentry, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-2-150 Emergency Records, Rev 1, Change 1 EP-3-060 Emergency Communications Guidelines, Rev 1, Change 1 Please remove the old revisiens, replacing them with the revisions outlined above.
The superseded documents should be destroyed.

Two books are marked controlled copy 027 the other two books are controlled copy 028.
Due to the numerous procedures it is suggested the Implementing Documents be posted in two volumes.
