MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF. TIME The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order Confirming Schedules Established During Prehearing Conference (May 16, 1983) set August 16, 1983 as the filing deadline for contentions on Chapter 7 of the EROL.

As of July 19, Limerick Ecology Action's consultant had not yet received the supplement to the supporting document for that chapter, namely, chapters 5-8 of the Severe Accident Risk Assessment.

LEA's consultant will be out of his office and unavailable for consultation regarding this matter from July 22 until August 8.

LEA therefore requests an extension of time until Thursday, September 1, to file its chapter 7 EROL contentions.
