See NRC Staff Response to Board Question on Passive Mechanical Valve Failures; LILCO Response to Board's Memorandum and Order Directing Clarification of Certain Matters Related to Contention SC 11.
In accordance with the Board's May 26, 1983 Memorandum and Order, Suffolk County submits the attached Affidavit of Dale G. Bridenbaugh as its reply to the Staff and LILCO answers.
The County does not object to the Board relying on the facts in the Staff and LILCO affidavits, although, as pointed out by Mr. Bridenbaugh, certain'" facts" in the affidavits must be scrutinized care-fully in the Board's consideration of this matter, i
