February, 1983, for the Clinton Final Safety Analysis Report (CPS-l FSAR).

FSAR Amendment No. 23 consista primarily of:

l a) updating of Chapter 17, Quality Assurance, to reflect the h

current organization structure, and to provide editorial and clarification changes; l

f b) plant specific ECCS Performance Evaluation in Subsection 6.3.3 9

for compliance to 10CFR50.46 (this relates to TMI Action Plan ll item II.K.3.31 and CPS SER Confirmatory Issue #22);

9 c) new Subsection 9.3.7, Post Accident Sample System

• d) updating of the code usage information for construction of' structural items in Subsection 3.8.1 and Appendix B; and C

c) some miscellaneous changes for SER issues and updating iriforma-tion.

Three (3) signed originals and eighty-five (85) copies are furnished for amending the FSAR sets provided to NRC per 10CFR50.30.
