ULNRC-690 dated November 28, 1983 Furnished herewith are seventy-five copies of Revision 6 to the Callaway Plant Final Safety Analysis Report Site Addendum.

Seventy-five copies of Revisions 11 and 12 to the SNUPPS Standard Plant Final Safety Analysis Report were transmitted by Mr.

N.

A.

Petrick, Executive Director, SNUPPS by the following letters:

SLNRC 83-0014 dated March 10, 1983 and SLNRC 83-0052 dated September 7, 1983.

These revisions are hereby incorporated by reference into the Callaway Application.

Site Addendum Revision 6 includes a revised Section 17.2 covering quality assurance during the operating phase and Appendix 3A which addresses regulatory guides.

This information was previously transmitted by the referenced letter.

Also included is a revision to the Callaway Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP).

For user convenience, Revision 6 to the RERP is packaged separately from the remainder of Revision 6.

This is done to facilitate distribution of the RERP to personnel in addition to the normal FSAR holders.

Revision 6 pages are dated 12/83.
