TMIA RESPONSE TO STAFF RESPONSE TO
-GPU's MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL The Commission has requested comments on the Staff propo' sal, supporting GPU's management proposal.
Because of extreme time constraints, TMIA is unable to provide the Commission at this time with full comments.
Instead, TMIA expresses full support for the comments submitted by UCS, dated January 25, 1984, and adopts those views as its own.
Further, TMIA strenuously objects to the scheduled meeting on restart issues, which has been scheduled for tomorrow, January 27, 1984.
It is unconscionable for the Commssion to be considering er; attempting to resolve any " integrity" issues before full hearings are held on those which are outside the hearing record.
If the Commission goes forth with its meeting tomorrow, TMIA demands that the parties have an opportunity to orally address the Commission on the issues proposed for discussioni and that the Ccmmissioners be. polled for their views.on this request.
