Dear Sir:
By letter dated November 16, 1983, you requested copies of the TMI-l steam generator tube rupture procedures and guidelines concerning reducing potential public exposure.
The requested procedure is attached. This procedure con-tains the guidelines used by the Emergency Director (ED) and Emergency Support Director (ESD) for reducing public exposure.
Deviation from the TMI-l tube rupture procedure in accordance with section 4.5._1.3.1 of the Emergency Plan would consider the isolation considerations attached to the tube rupture procedure.
