This will reply to your letter dated January 11, 1983, and received at Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation on January 17, 1983.
4 In accordance with your request we have incorporated changes to various sections of the plan which address the commitments contained in the enclosure to your letter.
Since these changes do not decrease or degrade the ef fectiveness of security at Ginna Station we are making them under the provisions of Title 10 Part 50.54(?) Code of Federal Regulations.
Enclosed for your records are five copies of revised pages; 3:4, 3:6 &
5:6.
Sections of these pages which have been revised are denoted by the numeral (18) appearing in the right hand margin.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information which should be protected frora public disclosure per Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
