S tone & Webster Michigan, Inc., determined that the Corporation and the individual members of the Team satisfy the requirements of the Specification. We have also determined that our subcontretor, Parsons Brinckerhoff Michigan Inc. meet these requirements as set forth in a letter signed by Thanas R. Kuessel, Senior Vice President of Parson Brinckerhoff Michigan Inc., dated November 4, 1981.

In particular both Corporations satisfy ,the' following criteria:

e The Corporations or individuals assigned to this work do not have any direct previous involvenent with Midland activities that they will be reviewing.

e The Corporations or individuals assigned to this work have not been previously hired by the Owner to perform design, cons truction , or

- quality work relative to the soils remedial program, e The individuals assigned to this work have not been previously employed by the Owner within the last 3 years.

e The inlividuals assigned to this work do not have present household memoers employed by the Owner.

e 75 individuals assigned to this work do not have any relatives employed b- the Owner ir. a management capacity.

e The Corporations and individuals assigned to this work do not con-trol a significant snount of Owner stock.
