Enclosed are three copies of the " Summary Report for the January 11, IW1 to April 18, IW1 Periodic inspection" (NIS-1) and tne ' Summary of AShiE Rei. airs and Rcplacemcnt Completed" (NIS 2). This report is required per Technical Specification 6.9.2.b.
