The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your email/letter dated March 19, 2020, transmitting the Wyoming Proposed Regulations to RATS ID 2019-2, and also confirming that RATS IDs 2018-3 and 2019-1 do not apply to the Wyoming Agreement State Program. The review has been assigned to Stephen Poy, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
