Final Report
_j On December 7, 1983 a problem with the RAB-Controlled Ventilation Area wiring was reported as Potentially Reportable Deficiency No. 135. Further evaluation of the previously described condition indicates this condition is not considered reportable pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e).
EVALUATION During the preoperational testing of the controlled ventilation area exhaust fans E23 (SA) and E23 (SB), it was noticed that the differential pressure indicating switches (DPIS-HV5257AS and DPIS-HV5257BS) were wired wrong. This error occured since the control wiring diagrams (CWD's) were showing wrong pig-tails from the DPIS as black and green, whereas white and green pig-tails were to be used for proper operation. Wiring was corrected by the test engineers and the system was satisfactorily tested.
CWD's were updated to correct the design error under DCN-IC-1776 and issued on 11/29/83. For these reasons this PRD is considered not reportable.
