-IE BULLETIN NO. 82-04 DEFICIENCIES IN PRIMARY CGNTAINMENT ELECTRICAL PENETRATION AESEMBLIES POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLAl;T, OMITS 1 AND 2 IE Bulletin No. 82-04 previded information about deficiencies in primary containment electrical penetration assemblies supplied by the Bunker Ramo Company.
All recipients of the Bulletin were asked to review the information ccntained uithin for applicability to their facilities and to take apprc -
priate action.
In accordance with IE Bulletin 82-04 we have checked the manufacturer of the containment electrical penetration assemblies utilized at Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
We have determined that no Dunker Ramo penetration assemblies were ever installed at Point Beach either originally or during backfit and modifications.
Further, no Bunker Ramo assemblies have been acquired as spares for future installation in any system at Point Beach.
We, therefore, feel we have satisfied the requirements of IE Bulletin 82-04, and no further action is needed.
In order to help you evaluate the utility costs in implementing IE Bulletin 82-04, the staff time spent in preparing our wr.itten response was approximately four hours.
