Quad Cities Station Unit 1 Reactor Pressure Vessel Metal Specimen Removal NRC Docket No. 50-254-
Dear Mr. Keppler:
In accordance with the requirements o f Quad Cities Unit 1, DPR-29, Technical Specifications Table 6.6-1, Item e, this is to inform you of removal of two of the metal specimens from the Unit 1 reactor vessel.
The top guide specimen holder #6 (at azimuth 1800) and wall specimen #8 at 2150 were removed in accordance with our schedule on November 14, 1982.
