Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The LGS FSAR states in Section 16.2 "The preposed final technical specifications will be submitted later using the NRC's Standard Technical Specifications for BWRs (NUREG-0123) as a guide."
Attached, per your request in the reference telecon, is a copy of the LGS Unit 1 Proposed Technical Specifications in " marked-up" condition.
Certain time frames have been replaced with the annotation
" (later) " in several specifications.
This annotation indicates a review will be performed to evaluate the effect of varying such time frames. Therefore, these time frames will be provided at a later date.
Also included in this transmittal is the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual referenced in these Proposed Technical Specifications.
