ot IP Project Management Reorganization In a meeting af Illinois Power Company (IPC) and Baldwin Associates (BA) management and supervisory personnel, I announced the decision to b-ing Stone & Webster Engineering Company ( S'EC )
on ooard on October 18, 1982 as supplemental staff to the Illinois Power Company project management arganization.
This announcement confirms the decision I autlined with /ou and your representatives durine the September 30, 1982 meeting.
