DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN NO. 83-08 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 In response to IE Bulletin No. 83-08, " Electrical Circuit Breakers with an Undervoltage Trip Feature in Use in Safety-Related Applications Other Than the Reactor Trip System", dated December 28, 1983, Wisconsin Electric has reviewed the necessary technical information for all of its breakers with safety-related applications at its Point Beach Nuclear Plant.

We have concluded that there are no circuit breakers with an undervoltage trip attachment in use in safety-related applications other than the reactor trip system.

Accordingly, we are providing this negative response to the subject bulletin.

To assist the NRC in evaluating the cost of this bulletin on the utility, the total staff time to perform the requested review and prepare the requested documentation was approximately ten hours.
