License No. R-106, Docket No. 50-243; Minor Corrections to the Revised OSTR Emergency Response Plan, dated November 3, 1982 Gentlemen:
With this letter we are submitting six separate replacement pages containing minor corrections to the Oregon State University Radiation Center and TRIGA Reactor Emergency Response Plan dated November 3, 1982. Since we originally submitted ten copies of the revised emergency plan, we have grouped the six corrected pages (pages ii, 3-7, 3-10, 3-11, 7-6 and 7-11) into a single packet and are submitting ten such packets of replacement pages. In this way, one packet of six pages will allow complete revision of one copy of our plan. Please insert the corrected pages into the OSTR emergency plan and remove the corresponding pages from our plan, as submitted November 3, 1982.
