Dear Dr. Weiss:
en In the reference above, Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) indicated that we would submit an update to the decommissioning Emergency Response Plan (liRP) on September 30, 1991. This update would r:flect changes similar to those made to the Defueling Emergency Response Plan (DERP) transmitted by the above lettu on August 21,1991.
To casure that changes made to the DERP art. effective before modifying the ERP, PSC will not revise the ERP until after the emergency exercise planned for November 1991. This will permit PSC to incorporate any further changes identified by the exercise into the revision to the ERP.
P5C will submit the ERP revision by January 30,1992.
