This will confirm our telephone conversations of yesterday and today concerning Licensee's response to your request for the production of documents.
The documents will be available for your inspection starting tomorrow at 3106 River Road, Middletown, Pennsylvania.
You or other TMIA representatives may have access to the documents by giving a day's advance notice, including identifi-cation of authorized individuals, to me or to John Wilson (201/
263-6136).
We will attempt to work out hours to our mutual convenience, including evening hours on a reasonable basis if necessary.
The documents will be available to you on this basis
.until January 31, 1984, the date specified for close of discovery.
As we noted previously, copies will be available at a cost of ten cents per page.
Documents containing proprietary information will be made available to authorized individuals under appropriate protective arrangements.
