Docket No. 50-334 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-73 AMENDMENT NO. 7 Effective September 1, 1983, Indemnity Agreement No. B-73, between Duquesne Light Company, Ohio Edison Company, and Pennsylvania Power Company, and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated August 12, 1974, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of the Beaver Valle not limited to Units 1 and 2) y Power Station (including but situated on a site consisting of approximately 475 acres and located in Shippingport Borough, Beaver County, Pennsylvania on the south shore of the Ohio River approximately one (1) mile southeast of Midland, Pennsylvania.
The site description excludes the land and all buildings and structures known as the Shippingport Atomic Power Station.
