Implementation of Corrective Action Committed to in Response to IE Inspection 83-24
REFERENCE:
PSC Letter, Warembourg to Collins, Dated 11-10-83 (P-83368)
Dear Mr. Collins:
In the referenced letter, Public Service Company committed to revise Fort St. Vrain Administrative Procedures as necessary to account for weaknesses in the Controlled Work Procedure process that were identified by Notice of Violation 50-267/8324-01. The date when full compliance with this commitment would be achieved was stated to be December 31, 1983.
Due to unforeseen problems encountered in the production of revised Controlled Work Procedure authorization forms, the full compliance date could not be met. Necessary administrative controls have been informally instituted, hove /er, and the revised forms were received today.
After cbtaining required approvals, the Administrative Procedure revisions will be issued.
Full compliance is now expected to be achieved by January 31, 1984.
