17298 On May 21, 1982 (Serial 17231), Consumers Power Company submitted responses on comments received by the NRC on the Draft Environmental Statement (DES).
These responses addressed the comments in the 20 comment letters transmitted to the Company by the NRC. Attached is an Errata Sheet containing minor corrections to those responses. The only substantive change relates to the Company's authorized rate of return for electric operations. The Michigan Public Service Commission recently approved an increase to 10.33%, from the 9.23% figure noted in our May 21, 1982 submittal. All other corrections relate to typographic errors.
