Dear Sir:
In further response to your January 18, 1982 letter (Reference 1),
the Authority hereby submits the enclosed document entitled " Revised Environmental Parameters and 'INI Related Equipment." This document contains revised environmental service conditions within the Reactor Building, System Component Evaluation Worksheets (SCEW) for identified TMI Action Plan equipment and a revised Reference Documents Master List.
In specific response to the items contained in Section B of Reference 1, the following explanatory remarks apply:
1.
The information required in items 1.a. through 1.e has been provided in the SCai's contained in the enclosed document.

One copy of the qualification documents applicable to this submittal, as well as one copy of the " Revised Environmental Parameters and TMI Related RIuipment" document, are being sent directly to Mr. C. J. Crane of the Franklin Research Center by copy of this letter. Some qualification documents listed in the revised Reference Master List are not included in the submittal.
Wey will be transmitted to Mr. Crane in the very near future.
These qualification documents are considered proprietary and should be treated as such.
3.
We Power Authority has endorsed an Owner's Group position, or has requested an extension of an implementation date, for certain NUREG-0737 requirements.
In those cases, the requested informa-tion has been provided in numerous previous submittals to the NRC.
