This letter is a follow-up to the May 20, 1982 telephone conversation between Mr. E. R. Schweibinz of the NRC and Messrs.
H. R. Sager and F. K. Pfeifer of CG&E.
Mr. Schweibinz stated that certain items reported to the Commission under 10CFR50.55(e) did not include a committed date for a follow-up report in the previcus interim report. CG&E agreed to provide a list stating when a follow-up report for each item

would be submitted. A report for one (1) of the items requested by Mr. Schweibinz (M-24) is not included in this list as a report has been submitted since the May 20, 1982 conversation:
M-14 June 30, 1982 M-15 August 15, 1982 M-22 July 31, 1982 S-1 June 30, 1982 Q-1 December 31, 1982 It should be noted that a final report for Q-1 will not be submitted until the Ziteuer Quality Confirmation Program is completed.
