This.is in reference to your recent concern relating to the Radiolo?ical '

Emergency Response Plans for the various private and parochial schools and health care facilities within the Limerick E"Z. As we advised you at the -

hearings on January 12, the plans for these facilities were included with the documents which were forwarded to LEA with my letter of September 1,

  • 1983. It is our understanding, based upon conversations witti PhHA, that I the versions of these plans which were forwarded on September 1 are the

. most recent revisions filed with PEMA. I am enclosing herewith another ,

set of these' plans for your use. The ongoing review of these plans by the ,

various institutions involved, including proposed changes being considered, ,

will be reflected in the correspondence which we will continue to routinely  !

forward to,you in accordance with the Board's Order of May 16, 1983. -
