Fort St. Vrain Security Plan Revision 10
Dear Mr. Clark:
Attached please find Revision 10 to the Fort St. Vrain approved Security Plan.
Revision 10 deletes two pages that were inadvertently left in the Plan with Revision 9.
Since this revision will not adversely degrade the effectiveness of the approved plan, the revisions attached hereon are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p). We are of the opinion that the attached submittal is exempt from the requirement for an associated fee.
The attached revision to the Fort St.
Vrain Security Plan is considered Safeguards Information. We therefore request that the information contained therein be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790 (d).
