Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Training and Qualification Plan fcr TMI, Revision 10 GPU Nuclear letter C311-91-2030 dated March 26, 1991, submitted Revision 9 to the Training and Qualification Plan for Three Mile Island (TMI), pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
T9 revision, in part, authorized a 25% extension of the annual requalifica. ion anJ physical examination intervals for security personnel.
NRC letter dated July 19, 1991, stated this change was acceptable provided the plan is revised to include the provision that "the combined time interval for any three consecutive - surveillance intervals shall not exceed 3.25 times the specified surveillance interval."
Accordingly, attached Revision 10 to the Training and Qualification Plan includes the provision stipulated in the referenced NRC letter.
