Enclosed is Commonwealth Edison Company's (CECO) res 3onse to the Notice of Violation (NOV) which was transmitted with the reference letter and Inspection Report.
The NOV cited one Severity Level IV violation.
CECO understands the significance of this event as well as the need for the effective corrective actions to arovent recurrence. These have been considered in developing corrective actions n response to this cited violation.
