'These 35 and 100 consequtive hours are nerely incorporated in FJ 3?U and Pa FUO orders. They can be changed easily by nerely a petition in the next rcte case.
Th ce are not backed by the force of law. 35!1 cnd 100 consecutive hours are not in the Utility codes and can be changed by agreccent or order. They require no more than NJ 3PUoe Pa PUC action. They are not anatted of legislation within the State Ser.ntes or State Congress.
Most likely, any return to operation will be considered as ample reason for the financially strapped GPU to petition for the inclusion of THI#1 in the respective rate bases.
