Revision to Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) 1990 Radiological Environmental Operating Report Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) is submitting a revision to the FCS 1990 Radiological Env;ronmental Oparating Report. During 1 subsequent review of the 1990 Report it was discovered that the vendo 's attachment (Reference 2, Appendix A) for participation in the EPf Interlaboratory Comparison Drogram was incomplate.
There were eleven standard tests performed by the vendor from January 1986 through December 1990 lacking an explanation for results which are outside of the EPA control limits. Pursuent to EPA requirements, the participating laboratory is supposed to provide explanations for all analytical standard tests when results are outside EPA control limits.
The vendor was contacted and provided an explanation for each of the eleven test discrepancies as contained in the enclosed revision of the Addendum to Appendix A. New information is indicated by a solid line in the right margin.
OPPD has strengthened our internal review procass for this report to ensure future submittals are complete.
