Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report Revision 1 Reissue of Two Pages to Correct a Collating Error On June 28, 1991, we provided one original and ten copies of Revision 1 of the Updated Final Sciety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2.
UFSAR Revision 1 was provided on a page replacement basis with a list of effective pages identifying the latest revision date of all current pages.
Subsequent to the June 28, 1991 submittal, our letter dated July 22, 1991 submitted several UFSAR pages to correct a collating error and an error in the list of effectivo pages.
We have since identified an additional collating error which affects UFSAR Sections.13-.1, " Conduct of Operations," and 13.2,
" Training."
In order to correct this error, we have reissued one original and ten copies of the attached two (2) UFSAR pages.
Please remove the existing pages, and insert the attached pages as replacements.
