Pages 13 and 14 of the Emergency Plan changes submitted by letter dated September 18.19)1 as specified in 10CFF50.4(b)t5) contain typographical errors, b Enclosed are corrected pages 13 and 14 to replace the pages sent September 18,1991. The

changes on page 13 involved renumbering the Subsequent Actions" paragraph from 5.1 A to 5.1.5 and adding a bracket at the end of the last line on the page to indicate that the sentence had been

.h. revised. The change on page 14 involved adding a bracket at the end of the last line on the page to

These changes do not decrease the elTectiveness of the Emergency Plan and are being made without prior Commission approval as provided for in 10CFR50.54(q) We are sorry for the inconvenience these typographical errors may have caused.
