The purpose of this modification is to revise Section G. 2 2052.216-71 INDIRECT COST RATES (JAN 1993), Paragraph (a), to update the indirect provisional billing rates to include the provisional rates for FY 2020 pursuant to Energy Research, Inc.s Forward Pricing Rate Proposal dated December 30, 2019. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
SECTION G.2 2052.216-71 INDIRECT COST RATES (JAN 1993), paragraph (a) is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
