Gentlemen Dy letter dated October 3, 1990, the NRC Staff forwarded a Safety Evaluation for the Farley Nuclear Plant CRDR.
Included in the NRC letter was a request to notify the NRC Staff on completion of the implementation of the required CRDR action for each unit. The completion of Unit 2 modifications were reported by a letter dated January 31, 1991.
Unit 1 modifications were completed during the recent Unit I tenth refueling outage.
The CRDR lluman Engineering Discrepancies (!!EDs) for Units 1 and 2 and proposed resolutions were provided to the NRC in the CRDR Summary Report by letter dated December 29, 1986.
It should be noted that some of the proposed resolutions in the Summary Report have been modifiedl however, all llEDs have been properly dispositioned.
Documentation of the dispositioning of the HEDs is available on site.
