This revision is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).

It contains changes to reflect testing of the CCTV system. TVA's planned commitment for CCTV assessment, and reflects the use of roving patrols as compensatory measures.

A milestone schedulo for the completion of TVA's security upgrade project is included as Enclosure 1.

This plan revision was discussed with Orysia Masnyk and Cynthia perny of your Region 11 staff on May 30, 1991.

This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registered mail.

The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withhold from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21.

This receipt will also be verification to TVA that NRC's copies of the plan have been updated, and the superseded material has been destroyed.
