Dear Sir:
The enclosed table, " Number of Personnel and Man-Rem by Work and Job Function 1994", is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Technical Specification (T.S.), Section 6.9.A.3, and as recommended by U.S. NRC Regulatory Guide 1,16.
The total dose measured by Self Indicating Dosimeter (SID) was 246.176 man-rem. SID measurements are used for tracking dose assigned to job functions. As required by T.S.
6.9.A.3,80% of the total whole body dose received from external sources was accounted for via Radiation Work Permits assigned to specific major work functions.
