Please note that we have furnished three additional copies over the ten required by 10CFR50.4 (b)(6) to facilitate revision of the thirteen (13) copies of the 2-year update which was submitted on June 4, 1986.

Y This supplemental revision to Revision OL-3 e.
dncorporates information that was incorrect or missing

from the FSAR.
Revision OL-3A corrects the magnesium P"
concentration in FSAR Table 5.2-5 which was incorrect because of a typographical error.
It also revises FSAR Sections 9.1 and 9.1A to reflect the Vrntege 5 fuel design and incorporates the maximum fuel enrichment of 4.25 w/i U-235.
The above FSAR sections should have been revises after the issuance of Amendments 23 and 28 but they were inadvertently overlooked.
