Addendum to Revision 4 of the Umerick Generating Station, UrJts 1 and 2 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report Deer Sirs:
By letter dated October 28,1994, Revision 4 of the Umerick Generating Station (LGS) Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) was issued. Subsequent to its issuance, a print is being added to the Revision 4 package. This addendum also includes several text pages from section 9.2 that were re-numbered due to major changes to this section but were not included with the original package.
There were no other changes to the information on these pages other than the re-numbering.
