1994, m Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) informed the NRC that there no longer existed the need to maintain the Millstone Unit No. 2 Senior Operator License of Dennis B.
Mooney, SOP-3803-5.
We stated that this-change in status was effective November 30, 1994.
Additionally, we l
referenced 10CFR50.74(a) as the reference for the notification to the NRC.
The purpose of this letter is to clarify that the notification regarding Mr. Mooney's Senior Operator License should have been made pursuant to 10CFR50.74 (b), in that effective November 7,
- 1994, Mr. Mooney was no longer employed by NNECO.
We regret any confusion that our original letter may have caused.
