Gentlemen:
This correspondence is to update you on the District's commitment to have a 1
new Training Tracking System in place at Cooper Nuclear Station by December 31, 1994, as stated in the above referenced letter from G. R. Horn to the imC.
Due to the difficulties with the vendor for delivery of both the hardware and software for this system, the previous commitment can no longer be met.
The following schedule is expected to be followed for this project.
11/28/94 -
Initial testing at vendor, begin changes identified during this initial testing.
01/03/95 - Vendor installs software at CNS and begins testing.
01/16/95 - Vendor turns software over to CNS for acceptance testing ar,d training.
01/30/95 - Initial testing complete - begin use of software in parallel with present software during which time CNS developed interfaces will be installed and tested.
Therefore, due to these remaining activities, the District now expects the system to be final and in full use by April 30, 1995.
