FITNESS FOR DUIY SIX-MONTH REPORT JULY 1,1994 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,1994 Management Action:
Mar. 3ement made the decision to purchase the new "Heidi" software.
One Entergy employee was placed under the Fitness for Duty follow-up program.
Fitness for Duty Initiatives Taken:
I The new Heidi software continues to be tested and updated at each site and recommendations are being returned to management. A final installatic.

Random drug testing rate at GGNS for 1994 was 51.2 %.
Effectiveness Evaluation:
The Fitness for Duty Section will continue to update and revise Fitness for Duty procedures based on operating experience, lessons learned and NRC audits conducted at other nuclear sites.
